General Questions

Yes, for now we only service locations in Dubai.

We service all of Dubai NOT including the areas below (and their surrounding areas):
- Jebel Ali
- Dubai South
- DAMAC Hills 2
- Al Khawaneej -

Yes we bring cleaning materials. We can also bring our own Karcher vacuums. For special requirements please speak to Customer Service when booking.
You may choose to use your own cleaning materials. In this case you are eligible for a discount.

We really like Karcher. A leading German cleaning equipment company.
Our vacuums, floor polishers and sofa cleaning machines are all Karcher. Karcher website

We usually send 1 cleaner, sometimes 2 to speed things up! Please let us know if you have a preference.
For deep cleans we send between 4-10 cleaners depending on the work required.

Please get in touch with Customer Service right away. We'll do our best to make right.

This rarely happens. But if our cleaners accidentally break something or damages an item of clothing we may be able to offer compensation. Please contact Customer Service right away.
In most cases we will check the cost of replacing the item and cover up-to 50% of the cost. Maximum 300 AED.
Sofa/Carpet cleaning - Please check if your sofa or carpet is sensitive to wet shampoo cleaning materials. We cannot take responsibility of the material is not water-proof or extremely sensitive

Scheduling Questions

We can clean between 8am and 6pm Mon-Saturday. Sundays we are closed and all staff get their well deserved rest

Yes, but please note we are often quite busy and it will be dependent on your area and staff availability

Usually, no. We don't like pushy sales people. If you can provide information and pictures/videos over WhatsApp we'll provide quotations accordingly.

It’s completely up to you. If you’re not going to be home, please make sure you leave instructions on how to enter the home and notify security.
If it's your 1st visit, we prefer you're at home so you can provide clear instructions to the team.

Yes, most of the time. However, we allow a one-hour window due to traffic and delays getting into the building/community. We will contact you if we're going to be very late.

Payment Questions

Bank transfer (This is our preference)
Credit card / Debit cards / Apple pay via a payment link for bookings under AED 1000
We can no longer accept cash.

You are not charged until after the cleaning has been completed.
Regular weekly clients often request to pay at the end of month.
For large deep cleans we may require a deposit (unfortunately we've been victims of fraud in the past)

Yes. We accept most major international cards (Visa/Mastercard).
We have a payment provider called Mamo pay who handle the payments.

Wio bank is a digital bank based in the UAE. Regulated by the UAE Central Bank
65% owned by Abu Dhabi sovereign wealth fund, 25% by Etisalat and 10% by First Abu Dhabi Bank.
Since they are relatively new some other banks might not automatically recognise the IBAN or populate account details.
