Lavender is a trusted provider of AC cleaning and maintenance services across Dubai. Whether your unit is blowing warm air, smelling musty, or simply hasn't been serviced in a while, our trained technicians will have it running cleanly and efficiently. In Dubai's climate, a well-maintained AC isn't a luxury — it's a necessity.
Most Dubai residents run their air conditioning for 10 to 12 months of the year. Over time, filters, coils, and drainage systems accumulate dust, mould, and bacteria — reducing performance and affecting the air your family breathes.
AC filters trap dust, pollen, and airborne bacteria. When filters are clogged, these particles are recirculated into your home. A professional clean removes built-up contaminants and leaves your air noticeably fresher.
A dirty AC unit has to work harder to reach the set temperature, consuming significantly more electricity. Regular maintenance keeps the unit running at peak efficiency, lowering your monthly DEWA bill.
Blocked filters and dirty coils are among the leading causes of AC failure in Dubai. Routine servicing catches small issues before they become expensive repairs.
That unpleasant smell when you first switch on your AC is often mould or bacteria growing inside the unit. Our cleaning process removes the source — not just the symptom.
AC units are a significant investment. Regular professional maintenance extends their lifespan and protects the manufacturer warranty conditions for many models.
We clean split, window, standalone and ceiling cassette units, and there are three levels depending on how far into the system you want us to go. We will tell you which one your units need once we have seen them.
Option 1
The standard service, and the one most homes book. We take the unit apart far enough to reach the parts that actually get dirty, clean them, and put it back together working properly.
Best for Regular upkeep on split, window, standalone and cassette units, and for units that are cooling fine but could be fresher.
Priced per unit, so a home with four units costs four times a home with one. Message us with how many you have.
Option 2
Where the problem is the air rather than the unit. Dust, and the smell that comes with it, sit in the ductwork and the cavity behind the grills, and no amount of cleaning the unit itself will fix that.
Best for Musty smells when the AC first comes on, visible dust around the grills, and anyone in the house with allergies or asthma.
This is the part most AC services skip. If your air smells and the unit has been cleaned recently, the ducts are where to look next.
Option 3
Both of the above in one visit, taking in the unit and the ductwork together. It is the most thorough option and the one to book if the system has never been done, or not for years.
Best for A system that has never been serviced, a home you have just moved into, or a unit that is both smelling and underperforming.
The most complete clean we offer, and the one that makes the clearest difference to both the air and the running cost.

Annual Maintenance Contract
Quarterly servicing, four times a year, covering filter cleaning, grills and drain line flushing. It keeps the system ahead of the summer instead of catching up with it.
R22 gas refilling
If the unit runs but does not cool, low refrigerant is usually why. We refill R22 gas in outdoor units.
Steam cleaning and sanitation
An add-on that sanitises room surfaces as well as the system, using steam and an organic solution. Worth it if anyone in the house has allergies, or after illness.
Have your AC cleaned twice a year, and never leave more than six months between cleans. Do one of them in the summer, when the system is running hardest and getting the most out of it matters most, and the second one six months later. AC works harder in Dubai than almost anywhere, and a system cleaned once and then forgotten spends half the year losing efficiency you have already paid for.

That smell usually comes from mould and bacteria growing in a damp, dirty system. A professional clean removes the source rather than masking it.
