AC duct cleaning and sanitation

Where the problem is the air rather than the unit. Dust, and the smell that comes with it, sit in the ductwork and the cavity behind the grills, and no amount of cleaning the unit itself will fix that.

Best for — Musty smells when the AC first comes on, visible dust around the grills, and anyone in the house with allergies or asthma.

This is the part most AC services skip. If your air smells and the unit has been cleaned recently, the ducts are where to look next.

Full AC cleaning and sanitation

Both of the above in one visit, taking in the unit and the ductwork together. It is the most thorough option and the one to book if the system has never been done, or not for years.

Best for — A system that has never been serviced, a home you have just moved into, or a unit that is both smelling and underperforming.

The most complete clean we offer, and the one that makes the clearest difference to both the air and the running cost.

Annual Maintenance Contract — Quarterly servicing, four times a year, covering filter cleaning, grills and drain line flushing. It keeps the system ahead of the summer instead of catching up with it.
R22 gas refilling — If the unit runs but does not cool, low refrigerant is usually why. We refill R22 gas in outdoor units.
Steam cleaning and sanitation — An add-on that sanitises room surfaces as well as the system, using steam and an organic solution. Worth it if anyone in the house has allergies, or after illness.

Have your AC cleaned twice a year, and never leave more than six months between cleans. Do one of them in the summer, when the system is running hardest and getting the most out of it matters most, and the second one six months later. AC works harder in Dubai than almost anywhere, and a system cleaned once and then forgotten spends half the year losing efficiency you have already paid for.

How often should I clean my AC in Dubai?

Twice a year, with no more than six months between cleans. Do one of them in the summer, when the system is working hardest, and the second six months later. Dubai is harder on air conditioning than almost anywhere, and once a year means half the year spent losing efficiency you are already paying for.

Can cleaning my AC lower my DEWA bill?

Yes. A dirty unit consumes more electricity to reach the same temperature. Professional cleaning restores efficiency, which reduces consumption and running costs.

Do you refill AC gas?

Yes. If your AC is running but not cooling properly, low refrigerant is often the cause. We refill R22 gas in outdoor units. Message us with your unit and we will confirm what it needs.

Do you offer an AC maintenance contract?

Yes. Our Annual Maintenance Contract includes quarterly servicing four times a year, covering filter, grille and drain-line cleaning.

Why does my AC smell musty?

That smell usually comes from mould and bacteria growing in a damp, dirty system. A professional clean removes the source rather than masking it.
