We can clean between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Saturday. Sundays we are closed and all staff get their well deserved rest.

No, it is entirely up to you. We do recommend being there for the first booking so you can walk through what you would like done. If you will be out, send us your access instructions in advance and let your building security know we are coming.

Yes. We offer discounts if you're looking to make regular scheduled bookings.

Yes we prefer that! If you are interested in regular bookings we'll make sure you get the same maid/cleaner each time to make things seamless.

We usually send 1 cleaner, sometimes 2 to speed things up! For a deep clean we send between four and ten, depending on the size of the property and how much work is involved.

Yes. We bring cleaning supplies and Karcher vacuums. If you would rather we used your own materials, we offer a reduced hourly rate. Let us know any special requirements when you book.

Our cleaners are Filipino, with a minimum of five years working as domestic staff in the Middle East. Every Filipino maid we hire is vetted on how well she cleans, how well she communicates in English, and how she gets on with people. They are well trained, polite and friendly.

Bank transfer is our preference. We also accept credit cards, debit cards and Apple Pay via a payment link for bookings under AED 1000.

You are not charged until after the cleaning has been completed.

Yes, if you are a regular customer the team can arrange one invoice and one payment at the end of the month.

Yes. We accept most major international cards (Visa/Mastercard).

Wio is the UAE digital bank we bank with, regulated by the Central Bank of the UAE. If our account details look unfamiliar when you make a transfer, that is why — it is us.

Yes. We are very open to doing the house in phases to work around your schedule — useful if you are still living in the property.

Yes. Curtains can be cleaned while they are still on their rails, so there is nothing to take down, nothing to rehang and no shrinkage risk.

Dry treatment uses our Kirby machines and a dry foam shampoo. It lifts dust, allergens and light dirt without wetting the fabric, and there is no drying time. Shampooing uses our Karcher extraction machines with a cleaning solution, and it is the stronger clean for stains. The combo is both, one after the other, for furniture that has not been cleaned in a long time. Our technician will look at the fabric and tell you which yours needs.

Four to twelve hours after shampooing, depending on the fabric, and up to 24 hours after deep stain removal. Leave the furniture untouched while it dries. Dry treatment needs no drying time at all.

Dry treatment every two to four weeks keeps things on top of, if you want a regular arrangement. A combo treatment every three to six months is the deeper reset. Once or twice a year suits most homes, and more often if you have pets, small children or anyone with allergies.

We do both, but we recommend the dry treatment. A mattress is thick and takes a long time to dry out if it is cleaned wet, and dry extraction gets the dust and mites out without the wait. If there is a stain, we shampoo that area specifically rather than the whole mattress.

Yes, with the dry treatment. Leather and faux leather are not cleaned wet, so we use the Kirby system on them.

Yes, with the dry treatment. Delicate materials can lose their colour if they are cleaned wet, so we use dry foam shampoo and dry extraction on them instead.

An optional extra after either treatment. The steam reaches 100°C, which eliminates bacteria and viruses without damaging the furniture. It is worth adding if you want the piece sanitised as well as clean, and it is particularly good on mattresses.

Karcher professional upholstery machines. Karcher is a German company specialising in cleaning equipment, and the extraction is far stronger than a domestic vacuum.

In most cases we can improve or remove marks from spills, though results depend on the fabric and how long the stain has been there. Send us a photo and we will tell you honestly what to expect.

Everything is cleaned in your home. Sofas, carpets, mattresses and curtains all stay where they are.

Twice a year, with no more than six months between cleans. Do one of them in the summer, when the system is working hardest, and the second six months later. Dubai is harder on air conditioning than almost anywhere, and once a year means half the year spent losing efficiency you are already paying for.

Yes. A dirty unit consumes more electricity to reach the same temperature. Professional cleaning restores efficiency, which reduces consumption and running costs.

Yes. If your AC is running but not cooling properly, low refrigerant is often the cause. We refill R22 gas in outdoor units. Message us with your unit and we will confirm what it needs.

Yes. Our Annual Maintenance Contract includes quarterly servicing four times a year, covering filter, grille and drain-line cleaning.

That smell usually comes from mould and bacteria growing in a damp, dirty system. A professional clean removes the source rather than masking it.
